This 2-bodied wall hanging features dried plant materials nestled within handwoven wool & contained by walnut wood frames connected by leather to make one body of work. Creating a satisfying & natural contrast with a modern farmhouse vibe.

  • Measures 34.5" [from hanging strap to bottom] x 13" wide
  • Each panel is 13"w x 12" tall 
  • Connected & hung by a leather strap

  • Natural white & gray Rambouillet Wool Roving
  • Natural white New Zealand Sheep’s Wool
    • Hand-felted in Nepal, sustainably sourced from a local San Francisco based business 

Plants:

  • A mix of dried grasses & plant foliage
    • Collected during a farm visit in Cedarville, CA
  • A mix of seed pods & sprigs
    • Collected from my grandmothers garden in Ukiah, CA
  • Dried Baby Blue Eucalyptus 
    • Collected locally from annual tree trimming in Sonoma County, CA

Leather:

  • Nicotine colored leather
    • By-product of the beef industry
    • Sourced from a local vendor in Napa, Ca
