Leather Drawer Handles, Custom Wall Straps & personalized items are considered a "custom or personalized" item as they are made at the time of purchase just for you. They can NOT be returned or exchanged, thank you for understanding!
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee for returns, no restocking fee will be assessed for exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original resellable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
