Processing time
Most home decor items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, personalized items will be shipped with 1-5 business days. Unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Estimated shipping times
International: We can not give estimates at this time due to international shipping delays caused by Covid-19 & Holiday Package Volume, thank you for understanding.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Specialty Items Shipping Internationally
Some of our items require special packaging for international shipments. When this is applicable you will be directed to email us at hello@keyaiira.com to get a shipping quote.
Customs & Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Insurance
When you select "Free Shipping" your package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and is not insured.
When you upgrade shipping your order will be shipped via USPS Priority, Express Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex, and your package is insured.
If a shipping issue occurs we will do our best to help however please be aware that the buyer may need to open a case with the shipping company.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed & Returned Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Postal returned packages (including but not limited to; return to sender, incorrect address, unable to forward, etc.); in these instances, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the reshipment or waives their right to a full refund.

Oversized items [Pick up / Delivery]
Due to the size of some of my pieces, they are for pick up in Santa Rosa, CA, or local delivery only. When this applies it will be stated in the item description and will only you allow to select this option at checkout.
